How Our Roadmap Towards Net Zero Supports Sustainable Travel on World Nature Conservation Day

A Step Forward: Reducing Plastic, One Journey at a Time

Plastic pollution continues to be one of the major threats to ecosystems across the globe, especially in islands and coastal destinations like Bali, Flores, and Komodo National Park, places we are proud to call home.

Through our Roadmap Towards Net Zero, we aim to minimize our environmental footprint, not just in our operations but also throughout our client's journeys.

One of our key actions is providing each of our clients with a reusable water bottle and cloth bag. These small but impactful items are designed to help reduce single use plastic consumption during their travels. Whether it's refilling at eco, friendly water stations or skipping the plastic bag at a local market, our guests become active participants in our shared commitment to sustainability.

Why It Matters?

World Nature Conservation Day reminds us that our planet’s ecosystems are delicate and interconnected. Every action we take, no matter how small, can either contribute to preserving or damaging the environment.

As part of the global travel industry, we recognize our responsibility in minimizing negative impacts and promoting conscious choices. By reducing waste, encouraging reusability, and educating our travelers, we help create a ripple effect that Xtends far beyond one trip.

Looking Ahead

Our Roadmap Towards Net Zero is not a one, time campaign, but a long term journey. We’re continuously working to improve our operations, collaborate with sustainable partners, and inspire conscious travel choices among our guests.

As we celebrate World Nature Conservation Day, we invite all travelers, partners, and friends to reflect on the role we each play in preserving the beauty of this planet. Together, we can ensure that future generations can continue to Xplore, enjoy, and be inspired by the wonders of nature.
