The Government of Indonesia has recently launched All Indonesia, a new integrated system designed to simplify the arrival process for international passengers. This initiative is part of the country’s digital transformation to streamline services across immigration, customs, health, and quarantine, all within a single platform.

Starting September 1, 2025, all international passengers are required to complete their arrival declaration using All Indonesia.

What is All Indonesia?

  • It combines requirements from immigration, customs declaration, health, and quarantine into a single, easy to use declaration system.
  • Travelers can fill out the form up to three days before arrival or upon entering Indonesia.
  • Available via the official website or mobile app (Android & iOS).
  • All Indonesia currently available with three languages option: Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (Chinese).

  • Free of Charge: No cost is required to use the system.
  • For Everyone: Both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals, individuals or groups can use it.
  • User Friendly: Designed for a smoother experience, accessible to elderly passengers and persons with disabilities.
  • Download the app (Android/iOS) or visit the official website.
  • Fill in the arrival declaration form starting 3 days before your trip or upon arrival.
  • Enter your personal details and complete sections for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine.
  • Ensure all data is correct, your information can be reused for future trips.
  • Show proof of declaration (QR code or confirmation) if requested at immigration.
  • Faster arrivals: A single declaration makes entry into Indonesia smoother.
  • Better traveler experience: Reduces hassle for tourists, business travelers, and returning residents.
